Georgia EMC Apprentice Program

Georgia EMC, in conjunction with Northwest Lineman College, now offers the Georgia EMC Apprentice Program. The program is comprised of four modules to be completed by the apprentice and returned to Northwest for grading plus four exercises conducted at the Training Center. The module curriculum is current and continually updated by the staff of Northwest Lineman College.

The four Training Center exercises include instruction on climbing, construction, operations, and leadership. This curriculum was developed by the staff of the Training, Education, & Safety Department of Georgia EMC to meet the needs of the EMCs of Georgia.

We will still offer the TVPPA program for those who want to remain with that program. If you currently have employees enrolled in the TVPPA program you can transfer them to the new program. If you have any questions about the program please feel free to contact Greg McKoy at 800-226-6324 ext.6132.
