J. Pierce is a Gilmer County native and develops property within
the county. Mr. Pierce is also a farmer and currently owns the largest
poultry farm in Gilmer County, consisting of 13 poultry houses.
He is the former owner of Cutlass Carpets, Inc. in Dalton and Specialty
Flooring, Inc. in Ellijay.
Mr. Pierce currently serves on the
Gilmer County Chamber Board and previously served as the treasurer
of the Gilmer County Industrial Authority Board. He has served on
the Board for Regions Bank of Gilmer County for more than 15 years
and serves on the RDC Advisory Committee. Mr. Pierce has served

Emmet Harrod is a retired
proabate judge who resides in Heard County. Currently he is a farmer
and serves as a general and civil mediator. Mr. Harrod serves on the
board for Regions Bank Heard County Branch. He is a member of the
Heard County Cattlemen's Association, the Heard County Lions Club
and the Heard County Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Harrod is also on the
Board of Deacons at the Ephesus Baptist Church. He is the vice-chairman
of the Carroll EMC
Board of Directors and has served on Georgia EMC's Board since 2001. |

W. L. Bland owned and
operated Blanding Ace Hardware and Building Supply for 10 years in
McIntosh County. Mr. Bland is a former McIntosh County Commissioner
and has served on the McIntosh County Industrial Authority and McIntosh
County Zoning Board. Mr. Bland, who moved to McIntosh County more
than 25 years ago, has served on the Coastal
Electric Cooperative board since 1995. |

David Herndon resides
in West Cobb County and is a retired senior pricing analyst at Lockheed-Martin
Company. He serves on Lockheed-Martin board's Policy and Public Relations
Committee. Herndon is the past president of the Cobb County Civitan
Club and the past president of the McEachern High School Athletic
Booster Club. He is a member and deacon at Roswell Street Baptist
Church. Herndon has earned Director Certification from the National
Rural Electric Cooperative Association. He was elected to the Cobb
EMC board of directors in September 1994. |

Alice
J. Mallory is a retired school teacher and a Coweta-Fayette
EMC director. She became a member of the GEMC board of directors
in 2003 after she was elected to finish the unexpired term of Thomas
C. Parker. After graduating from Auburn University, Ms. Mallory
spent 33 years in the teaching profession. In 2003, she was honored
with the Retired Educators Service Award. She is currently the secretary
treasurer of Coweta-Fayette EMC Natural Gas and a director for Relyco,
Inc.
Ms. Mallory is involved in a large
number of community organizations. She is a member of the Fayette
County Chamber of Commerce, the Fayette Retired Educators, Women
in Aviation, the Methodist United Women, and the First United Methodist
Church. She is also the 2nd Vice-president of the Fayette
County AARP and former president of the Fayette Association of Special
Children. |

Charles L. Knight is
a lifelong resident of LaGrange where he owns and operates Charles
Knight Construction. After Graduating from LaGrange High School, he
attended the Georgia Institute of Technology where he earned a building
construction degree in 1965.
He is also a member of the West Georgia Home Builders
Association, President of the LaGrange Symphony Orchestra, and a member
of the First Methodist Church in LaGrange. Mr. Knight was elected to Diverse
Power Incorporated's board of directors in 1998 and to the Georgia
EMC board in 2000. |

Gary T. Drake is the
general manager of Excelsior
EMC in Metter. Mr. Drake is a member and past president of the
Metter Rotary Club and is the past director of the Metter/Candler
County Chamber of Commerce. He has served on two local bank boards,
many charitable fund raising boards and committees and many professional
organizations. Drake has served on the Georgia EMC Board of Directors
since May 1991. |

Neal L. Talton resides
in Bonaire. Mr. Talton is the owner and operator of Ocmulgee Dairy,
Inc. He is a member of the National Federation of Independent Businesses,
National Chamber of Commerce and Southern Milk Sales, Inc. Mr. Talton
is on the Board of Trustees, Bonaire UMC and belongs to the Jones
Company Dairy Herd Improvement Association. He has served on the Flint
Energies board since 1993 and on the Georgia EMC board since 2001. |

Edwin
Garrard is a Real Estate Broker from Powder Springs. He has lived
in Cobb County for over 40 years and is President of Garrard Realty,
Inc. Mr. Garrard spent three years in the Air Force during World
War II and served two of them fighting in the Pacific. Later, in
1961, he earned a degree from Atlanta Law School.
Mr. Garrard served four
terms in the Georgia Senate from 1967 to 1976. He represented District
37 and was Chairman of the County and Urban Affairs Committee.
Mr. Garrard is also an active member of the First Methodist Church
of Atlanta where he is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees,
Administration Board, and the Pastoral Relation Committee.

Herman Barrett is a self-employed poultry farmer from Cornelia and a member of Habersham EMC’s board of directors. Mr. Barrett has been with the cooperative since 1981. In that time, he has served as president, vice-president, and secretary/treasurer. He became a member of the GEMC board in 2005. Mr. Barrett is a strong supporter of the agricultural way of life. In addition to owning his own farm, Barrett is also a director with the Habersham County Farm Bureau, a member of the Old Timey Georgia Plow Club, a member of the Northeast Georgia Cattlemen Association, and was manager of the White County Farmers Exchange for 16 years. Mr. Barrett is also a deacon at Chattahoochee Baptist Church, Cleveland. |

home in Elberton and has been self-employed in the granite industry
for the past twenty-six years. Mr. Mills is a member of the Elbert
County Chamber of Commerce, the Elbert Memorial Hospital Authority
and on the board of directors of Regions Bank in Elberton. Mr. Mills
is a member of the board of directors of Hart
EMC and Georgia EMC, and past chairman of the Georgia EMC board. |

Wiggins is a resident of Fitzgerald and an Irwin
EMC director. For over 30 years, he has been an Insurance Agent
with Liberty National Life Insurance Company. Mr. Wiggins considers
himself very close to the city of Fitzgerald. He is a member of
the First Baptist Church in Fitzgerald, The Fitzgerald Lions Club,
and the American Legion. Donald Wiggins has been a member
of the GEMC board of directors since 1985. |

of Oak Chapel Baptist Church. Mr. Garrett has served on Jefferson
Energy's Board since 1984 and on the GEORGIA EMC Board since 1996. |

Grant Rowe resides in
Dublin where he is a fifth-generation farmer on family land in Laurens
County. Mr. Rowe attends Bethesda Baptist Church in Laurens County,
serving as deacon, church treasurer, and music director. He is a member
of Red Hill Masonic Lodge # 533 and is also a member of the Laurens
County Farm Bureau where he serves as vice president. Mr. Rowe serves
on the board of directors of the New Farmer Co-op in Laurens County.
Mr. Rowe was elected to the Little
Ocmulgee EMC board in 1991, currently serving as president of
their board of directors - a position he has held since 1995. He has
served as a director on the Georgia EMC board since 1996. |

Bob
Jernigan is retired from farming and piloting aircraft for Moon
Industries. Mr. Jernigan resides in Buena Vista. He worked as a
engineer on a project to implement a countywide water system for
Marion County.
Mr. Jernigan is a former
member of Marion County Board of Education, former chairman of Marion
County Board of Education, former president of Georgia School Board
Association, former president of Southern Regional School Board
Association, and the past president of Buena Vista-Marion County
Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Jernigan has also served in a
number of positions on the Oglethorpe Power Corporation board. He
currently serves as Chairman of the OPC/GTC/GSOC Member Advisory
Board and the Chairman of the new Georgia Energy Cooperative board.

Reverend Charlie Richardson
was born and raised in Byron. Reverend Richardson is a Tri-County
EMC director and sits on the Georgia EMC board of directors. He
graduated from Progressive Seminary and Wolf Creek Baptist Bible School
and spent three years in the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division.
He is currently a self-employed poultry farmer and pastor at Cooper
Hill Baptist Church in Milledgeville. Reverend Richardson is
also secretary of the Jones County Ministerial Council. |

Fanin County native. He has been a member of Tri-State
EMC's board of directors since 1993 and a GEMC board member since
2000. Mr. Pack is active in his local church, the Fanin County Band

Raphael Brumbeloe is
retired from Georgia State Patrol. Mr. Brumbeloe resides in Pike County
and is the owner of the Red Rock Armory. He serves on the Pike County
Planning Commission where he has served in various capacities including
two years as chairman. Mr. Brumbeloe has served on the Upson
EMC board since 1978 and was elected president in January 1998.
